No, I mean seriously. It’s alive. I finally worked up the nerve to revive the sourdough starter I ordered. For free, from Carl’s 1847 Oregon Trail Sourdough. So I have this bowl of flour and water and yeasts and lactobacillus culture festering and growing and breathing in my kitchen.
I couldn’t be more delighted.
Someday you will be delicious, oh yes. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeessss.
One more brick laid in my future empire of fermented foodstuffs.

LOL! I was just mucking about a tiny country cemetery a few weeks ago, when George and I took a ride around central PA for the express purpose of me taking pictures. 🙂 It’s hard not to think of horror movies! Or, bust into an entirely inappropriate “Thriller” dance… 😉
